Delivery Policy and Refunds Delivery For physical items, delivery is by UK Royal Mail first class post. For non-UK delivery, items will be posted by UK Royal Mail overseas postage rates. For electronic items, delivery is by immediate download by buyer on receipt of email containing a download link address. Refunds For physical items, cancellation is only possible prior to manufacture of the goods. Where the customer can demonstrate goods to be faulty or unfit for purpose, a refund will be made provided we are notified in writing to Conformance Ltd., The Old Methodist Chapel, Great Hucklow, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 8RG or by email to sales@conformance.co.uk within seven days of receipt of the goods. The faulty goods must be returned to Conformance Ltd. before any refund will be made. Refunds are made by crediting the account card details submitted during the order process. Where the company recognises that faulty goods have been despatched, refunds will include the cost of your return post & packing. Cancellation of electronically delivered items will not be possible once the online order process has been completed and an order submitted. We do not give refunds on electronic items. Replacements will be provided where electronic items fail to work and we are notified within seven days of purchase.
