Non-harmonised frequency marking

Non-harmonised frequency marking logo

The R&TTE Directive contains a requirement that equipment which utilises a non-harmonised frequency band must go through a special notification procedure before it can be legally CE marked and sold. Such equipment must also be marked with a warning symbol to draw the user's attention to the fact that it might not be legal to use the equipment in every member state.

The symbol is available to download from the links below in a number of file formats. Most graphics programs will be able to open or import at least one of these file types. You will need a program which can expand Stuffit archives (Macintosh) or Zip files (Windows) to be able to access the files.
