The Noise Emission of Outdoor Equipment Directive contains a requirement that noise be marked on the machinery in a specified format, similar to that shown above. The overall size of the label must be at least 40 mm, and if it is made any bigger, the proportions should be maintained.
The label is available to download from the links below in a number of file formats.You will need a program which can expand Stuffit archives (Macintosh) or Zip files (Windows) to be able to access the files.
The CE logo, which must also appear on the product, can also be downloaded. |
