This page explains the on-line purchase process for the DOC-EUPOINT service.

The basic DOC-EUPOINT service is a one year, renewable license which permits you to use our UK address on your Declarations of Conformity.

Payment of the basic service fee provides you with the right to use our name and address and will also cover the cost of having us provide an initial reply to any enquiries which we receive from an EU enforcement authority.

IMPORTANT!
The basic DOC-EUPOINT service fee includes the provision of an initial response to an enforcement authority request and sending a copy of any technical file information which we hold on file for you. If you do not send the file to us before a request is received, we will charge you an hourly fee for time spent on requesting the information from you and passing it on to the enforcement authority. Clicking on the 'buy' button is your confirmation that you will accept these charges if and when they arise.

HOW IT WORKS

• Clicking on the 'buy' button will commit you to payment of the basic license fee (GBP 125) and your card will be charged immediately.

• You will then receive an application form which needs to be completed and returned to us so that we can send you your license and a draft Declaration of Conformity for your product(s).

• Basic guidance on how to use our address will be included with the application form, so you can issue your own Declaration and start using the DOC-EUPOINT service within minutes of clicking the 'buy' button if you want to.

* License renewal fees are also listed under the costs tab on our main DOC-EUPOINT page.

* Discounts - if you have more than one product group or technical file which require DOC-EUPOINT licensing, please contact us to discuss your exact requirements. We are able to apply a discretionary discount for companies purchasing two or more licenses.
